I am writing today to express my gratitude I feel for two of your employees who I feel should be recognized for their job performance.

I have been at Northwood’s for six months on A wing. In that time Emma and Bendu have gone above and beyond the normal expectations of their job descriptions. Both of these women made sure every day and night that I was well cared for. When some staff couldn’t find the time, these two women made sure I was comfortable. Food, clothes, linens, toiletries all delivered with bright smiles.

I hope that Emma and Bendu can be recognized for their exemplary service. Northwoods is lucky to have them. The genuine care and concern I received and watched others receive from these women make you feel cared for and in a place like this that’s the best medicine.
