Dear Family Member/Responsible Party:
This email is to inform you that we have had a positive case of COVID in the facility that impacts the residents on the A Wing. We are currently testing all residents as per the guidance of the CDC and if needed will update you on any changes. This means that the residents on the A Wing cannot have in room visits. You may make arrangements to visit by calling ahead and informing the receptionist you wish to visit in the Living Room or outside. You need to remain 6 feet apart and wear a mask at all times.
Again, at this time this case does not impact those living on the B Wing or the C Wing.
